- This agreement is renewed every month until cancellation. (30-Day Package)
- The monthly payment should be paid to Roxycare Home Nursing directly in advance every month. Please insist on getting a paid invoice and receipt from us.
- If the employee is not suitable for you or if the employee does not find the work suitable, then it should be made known to our agency before 3 days.
- Once in 15 days, the employee is eligible for one day of leave (eligible for 2 hours and 9 hours of duty). In case the employee is not availing the leave and stays back and extends his/her service, he/she should be compensated.
- Only the work that is agreed upon before taking the employee must be given.
- No refund of payment in case of death, ICU admission, recovery, or shifting to a far place.
- This agreement withstands till the patient is alive.
- Clients have to provide a mattress, bed sheet, and pillow for the caregiver.
- Mask, gloves, sanitizer, hand wash, and other essentials frequently.
- Our caretaker, neither for any domestic work nor for the house, only patient care, we support.
- Food must be served to the caregiver at the appropriate time and in adequate quantity.
- The caretaker must be trained to take care, and he/she will do bathing, feeding, diaper changing, bathroom help, and BP check. She will not take care of any kind of physiotherapy or exercise. 10-15 minutes of massage he/she can do a day.
- Physiotherapy will be a different professional who can help to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness, or disability.
- All the facilities (proper bedding, bathing facility) should be provided for the employee to stay in the patient’s house.
- If the employee service is for 24 hours, the employer should provide appropriate resting and sleeping periods.
- During the tenure of the employee, the members of the house should be treated as part of the family member.
- In case of death of the above-mentioned patient, the agreement will be treated as expired.
- In case of part-time duty, the client should allow leave once a week to the staff.
- In case staff of staff is sick or absent from the service, we will give the alternative person on available.
- For a part-time, limited replacement options are available. Due to a shortage of staff.
- For male patients, we have limited female staff; during replacement, please cooperate to provide a replacement.
